Welcome to my practice––and thank you for being here.
I am Michelle, known often as Shelly, a somatic healing arts practitioner with a deep reverence for the body's innate wisdom and healing intelligence.

My work is rooted the body holds both the memory of what we have lived through and the blueprint for what we are capable of becoming.​​

My background includes formal studies in the Healing Arts with extensive training in Yoga, breath work, sound and energy healing.

Through Angelic Earth Resonance sessions, I support my clients in the awakening and integration of life force energy. When approached with presence, safety, and respect, this intelligence can catalyze profound renewal, expanded awareness, creative expression, and a deeper connection to one's authentic self. My role is to create a supportive energy field in which the body's natural wisdom can unfold organically.
