Welcome to my healing practice––and thank you for being here.
I am Michelle, known often as Shelly, a healing artist with a deep reverence for the body's innate wisdom and intelligence.
My work is rooted in the understanding that the body holds both the memory of what we have lived through and the blueprint for all that we are capable of becoming.
My background includes formal studies in the Healing Arts with extensive training in Yoga, breath work, sound and energy healing, as well as a year of intensive training with a Kahuna in the Hawaiian healing system of Lomi Lomi.
Through my sessions, I support clients in the awakening and integration of life force energy. When approached with presence, safety, and respect, this intelligence can catalyze profound renewal, expanded awareness, creative expression, and a deeper connection to one's authentic self. My role is to create a supportive energy field in which the body's natural wisdom can unfold organically.
My intention is to support you in reconnecting with your own inner wisdom and the natural capacity for equilibrium, growth, and awakening that already exists within you.

Drawing from the interconnected nature of consciousness, we work within the quantum field to facilitate healing beyond physical proximity. Through focused energetic transmission, intuitive guidance, and somatic awareness practices, clients often experience profound shifts emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.

These sessions combine psychic messages, oracle guidance, and channeled wisdom to offer grounded insight into the themes, patterns, and possibilities currently present in your life. These readings are intended to support deeper self-awareness, clarity, aligned decision making, and reconnection to your higher self and own intuitive knowing.
